Dictum Abogados has opened a branch of research about banking laws run for the professor Ana Belén Campuzano (Chaired Professor of Commercial Law at the Universidad CEU San Pablo and education manager at Dictum) and the professor Ricardo Palomo Zurdo (Chaired Professor in Accounting and Financial Economics, Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business Studies at the Universidad CEU San Pablo and partner at Dictum Abogados).
The researching team, in collaboration with the Universidad CEU San Pablo and Tirant lo blanch Editors, has many advisers in several financial public and private entities. The aim of this branch of research, which is a key issue in Dictum, is participating in the study of the banking legislation and has two immediately goals: the creation of the compendium of the baking laws (and in this sense Dictum Abogados, the Universidad CEU San Pablo and Tirant lo blanch editors have signed an agreement to issue it online); and ii) creating a permanent observatory to analyze all the Government decisions concerning banking regulation, organization and legislation.
Furthermore, Dictum has planned to develop patterns of legal advisory for financial entities with the outcome of this research. This initiative replies to the need of summarize the dispersed baking laws and serving to create the doctrinal grounds for our professional teams can make the new legal scenario for financial entities lighter.
